Allison Faber Marshall, DVM is a licensed veterinarian who has practiced since 1995. She began Full Circle Veterinary Services PC in 2005 after completing training in Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy (chiropractic) and Veterinary Acupuncture. She has since completed training in Veterinary Chinese Herbology, Chinese Food Therapy, Veterinary Tui-na, Applied Kinesiology, Myofascial Release, and has completed a Masters in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM). Dr. Marshall is an associate editor for the AATCVM journal, and has been an instructor at Chi University in Reddick Florida since 2010, teaching basic acupuncture, advanced acupuncture, and myofascial release as it relates to chiropractic. She has been invited to speak at many conferences, including the Georgia VMA, Virginia VMA, Kentucky VMA, multiple conferences for the World Association of TCVM, International Association of Canine Professionals, and is serving a second 3-year term on the American Association of Equine Practitioners Ethics Committee. Dr. Allison represents Chi Univerisity hosting its monthly podcast on Horses In The Morning, on the fourth Tuesday each month, so listen in for fun cases and information on TCVM. Dr. Marshall is the author on 2 book chapters for references in Equine Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine, and seeks to learn something new every day from a horse, vet, farrier, or owner.
Dr. Allison Marshall practices in the Richmond, Virginia area, and travels monthly to Southern Maryland. Addressing both performance problems and health conditions, Dr. Marshall combines her knowledge of Veterinary Medicine and lameness with her experience in the field of holistic medicine and food therapy to use the best of all worlds treating your horse. Her clients include disciplines from Western, English, Endurance, and Racing, and is honored to work on our mounted police horses! Every patient gets special attention and long-term advice if needed as things progress. Dr, Marshall's main goal is optimizing your relationship with your horse and its health.
